The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency released new versions of its ScubaGear and ScubaGoggles tools to improve cloud security assessments. ScubaGear v2.0 expands Microsoft 365 security checks using direct REST API calls and a consolidated security suite baseline. ScubaGoggles v1.1.0 adds a graphical user interface and removes reliance on administrator event logs for Google Workspace assessments. These updates support federal agencies in meeting requirements under Binding Operational Directive 25-01.
