The research, which surveyed over 3,600 people, showed that 96 percent of corporate leaders ranked adapting to change as important. In contrast, only 72 percent of corporate leaders considered using AI tools efficiently to be a top priority. The report suggests that AI increases the need for judgment and communication rather than replacing these core abilities. Battelle recommends that schools focus on hands-on learning and internships to help students develop these essential traits.
